Ishag Hussain

Ishag Hussain serves as a Paralegal at CLA Partners since March 2023. His dedication and meticulous attention to detail are instrumental in supporting the firm’s lawyers with legal research and other significant assignments. Ishag embarked on his professional journey in 2014 within the Judiciary and subsequently held a position at the Employment Tribunal. He has also received extensive experience in legislative drafting within the People’s Majlis.

Having obtained a Bachelor of Shari’ah and Law (Honors) from Maldives National University in 2021, Ishag was among the First Place Scorers in the inaugural Bar Exam conducted in the Maldives and received the Top Achievers Award.
